@WRS yeah I don't blame you here because Postype can be REALLY confusing at times, but from what I understand https://www.postype.com/profile/@1ptmqj is the profile, and users can create different topics which looks more like different accounts (in this case, that profile has only https://www.postype.com/@onnnnn)
Anyway, the bio linked to https://www.postype.com/@onnnnn/post/12935706, and if you click the back arrow it goes to the topic page, but if you click the empty propic you open the actual profile.
Aside from that, even the upload tab points at that profile, and that album even has some uploaded posts like post #6747991, and considering the old proseka art account is gone, I can safely confirm that they're the same artist.
