Twitter display name is the artist's full name 桜田霊子 (surname Sakurada, personal name either Tamako or Reiko). A google search returned results which support the reading さくらだれいこ ("Sakurada Reiko"): https://comic.k-manga.jp/search/author/24044 and https://manba.co.jp/authors/24953

In any case, the reading of 霊子 being "Ryuushi" is unlikely.
