Tag Alias: astro boy -> tetsuwan atom

Aliasing astro boy -> tetsuwan atom.

Reason: EN -> JP.

Also:
astroboy -> tetsuwan atom
astro (astro boy) -> atom ("astro" alone is already ambiguous).

I can't imagine we'll actually be tagging atoms, but the name doesn't feel right to me without a qualifier. So I did:

create alias astro_boy -> tetsuwan_atom
create alias astroboy -> tetsuwan_atom
create alias astro_(astro_boy) -> atom_(tetsuwan_atom)

Moved:
atom -> atom_(tetsuwan_atom)

Might as add one more alias.

create alias mighty_atom -> tetsuwan_atom

It's in line with the existing birdy the mighty -> tetsuwan birdy alias.

However mighty atom is currently an artist tag so the posts and wiki entry should be moved to mighty_atom_(artist).

That's because Birdy the Mighty is the localized name of Tetsuwan Birdy. No one calls Tetsuwan Atom "Mighty Atom;" they call it Astro Boy. The alias is completely unnecessary.
