Tag Implication?: year tags -> number

I wondered if any images with years in them would imply number since dates are signified numerically.

If so, all of the years in the tag group:year tags could be implied.

number seems to be for Arabic numerals. Do we tag years written in kanji with a tag group as well?

Just in case anyone didn't know, the symbols English used (0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) are Arabic numerals.

If the year tags require the image to have the name (number?) of the year on it in a big/obvious way, then +1 to the implication. If it just requires a tiny date to appear in the corner, then I'm not so sure, as the number tag says it needs the numbers to be a big part of the image.

The tag would be rather meaningless if it tagged numbers on clocks and in dialogue...

What if the date is written in kanji (or kanji with zeroes)?
