Character tag for tani_takeshi

He appears in mizuki_hitoshi's comics and as you can see by searching for tani_takeshi mizuki_hitoshi, they include the tani_takeshi artist tag, which isn't a good solution since he didn't draw those images.

I though of tani_takeshi_(character) or something like that for a name. (it's not as convenient as with zun)

Edit: Vice versa for mizuki_hitoshi in tani_takeshi's comic (post #1063233), but I guess those can just be tagged tatara_kogasa. (but the information that it's mizuki_hitoshi is "stored" in the artist tag)

plus 1 for the tani_takeshi_(character) tag. the character he uses is an original character based off of tani's strange osa-yukkuri so there shouldn't be any reason not to tag him.

should the character tag be used in tani's self insert comics as well? pool #3607? (my bad)

If created, it should be used regardless of who drew the image.

Isn't that what the tag artist-self-insert is for? for cases when artists represent themselves instead of just the character themselves?

I think this is about artists inserting other artists. another_artist_insert could be a tag for that, but it sounds mighty stupid and you still don’t know which artist was inserted. It works for artist_self-insert because most posts have only one artist tag.

I think we should have tags for artist's friends and acquaintances. Pixiv has 実話('real story' or 'story from real life'), 実録 (factual story) and 実録漫画 (documentary manga) tags.

warugaki_(sk-ii)'s report mangas constantly show other artists so maybe we should go with a universal tag.

Seems there's no real conclusion here so I add my 2 cents.

Since not only artist but also relatives or friends are inserted (see post #1032473) maybe we could use real_life_insert for all cases where there is no character tag and create character tags only for frequently used inserts, like tani_takeshi.

Well, there are no negative votes, so I'm going to create real_life_insert and tani_takeshi_(character).

Edit: can a mod add real_life_insert to all posts in pool #2420 save those few with only tatara_kogasa alone in the image? The artists inserts his wife and tons of real life friends in basically all images in the pool.

Would real_life_insert also apply to drawings of real-life politicians, seiyuus, singers etc.?

I'm thinking that maybe real_person would sound less awkward...

Maybe we could make a copyright tag called "Real Life" :P
