miki -> sf-a2 miki
It was previously decided to tag her with only her first name because pixiv did that too and "sf-a2" looks ugly. However, it is still her full name.
(I'm not sure if it's necessary, but if it is, miki (vocaloid) should also be aliased to sf-a2 miki.)
