Tag alias: revision -> revised

Aliasing revision -> revised

Reason: Noun form of the tag that describes an image which has been altered by the artist.

(A related question: the danbooru policy for revised images is to parent the older image to the revised version, right? I'm seeing some revisions being shown as child posts to a much older image and wanted to know if I should fix them or not, e.g. post #349370 and post #998497)

It might be better to point the alias to revision; it's describing the image itself, not what someone in the image is doing, which is why we would favor verbs and gerunds.
