On second thought, the image with Poliwrath looks more like manipulation of air, rather than of water. I created aerokinesis and used it as a tag for it.
I created hydrokinesis as a tag for the other two aforementioned images.
We have pyrokinesis, too. If I remember correctly, I created it weeks ago, but I may be wrong.
