Tag aliases and implications: dog_hat, rabbit_hat

Tag aliases:

• dog_cap -> dog_hat
• rabbit_cap -> rabbit_hat

Reasons:

• To follow suit with cat_hat and animal_hat, which are pretty popular. The cat_hat alone has a few hundreds of tagged posts.
• I don't think a distinction - or implication - between "dog hat" and "dog cap" is worth the trouble.
• Only two images are tagged dog_cap and rabbit_cap, and I don't think any of these is really a cap. They're just hats.

Also, these implications:

• dog_hat -> animal_hat
• rabbit_hat -> animal_hat

Reason:

Both dog_hat and rabbit_hat are animal hats.

If it has under ~30 posts and no wiki, simply edit it.

I don't know why you make MAJOR changes without asking ANYBODY, but need to make a thread for a 2-post tag.

I don't remember having to ask people something, and neglecting to ask them. I did many major changes, though. Did you not like any of them?

After this alias, or simple editing the two posts, is done, I'll request an implication to animal_hat.
