Tag Aliases: [X]_outstretched --> outstretched_[X]

New aliases:

• hand_outstretched --> outstretched_hand
• hands_outstretched --> outstretched_hand
• arm_outstretched --> outstretched_arm
• leg_outstretched --> outstretched_leg

Reason: Because I just got these mixed up a few times, and we already have an arms_outstretched --> outstretched_arms alias.

The second one...did you actually mean:

Nope; outstretched_hands is aliased to outstretched_hand.
