Tag discussion: hinata

Currently the hinata tag is used for the character from Pure Pure, but IMO the tag is a bit too ambiguous, since there are many other characters and artists with "hinata" in their name.

My suggestion is to move the character to hinata (pure pure) and mark the "hinata" tag as ambiguous.

Yes, we definitely qualify tags in this case, particularly for such incredibly common names. This is just a really old tag, clearly. Did Tobari too.
