Change log - 7/19

• I've merged the Lanczos resizer that moe.imouto uses. Some basic testing seems to show it's working although I haven't really tested for quality.
• I've completely forgotten that I committed some changes that disable exclusive-only searches so queries like "width:500 -monochrome" are broken right now. These should be fixed once I upgrade the database to 9.1, but 9.1 is still in beta right now and I don't want to upgrade until the final release. May be a few weeks.
• I've added a news ticker at the top.
• Automatic calculation of user uploaded tags has been removed.

Awesome. The difference is like night and day! Can the existing post samples be regenerated?

Once I have some confidence that things are working well I will.

I like the news ticker, should be a great way to keep the average user informed of things they wouldn't otherwise know if they didn't follow the forums.
