A suggestion about post flagging.

I think it's safe to say that I'm not the only one who's noticed people flagging posts that have barely been posted for some banal reason (eg post #953719 - flagged for "Not anime-related" and later "Trace of an unapproved post."). From what I've heard, posts flagged for deletion need to be deleted manually, whereas an unapproved post gets deleted after three days automatically.

So this is my suggestion: Is there any way to keep posts from being flagged whilst they're still awaiting approval?

Seriously. Somebody gets a neutral record for flagging posts in the queue at least once a week, and I can't think of any situation where it would ever be necessary or helpful behavior. I'd make a bug report/feature request about it right now, but the Trac seems to be down.
