Tag Implication: shovel -> tools

Implicating shovel -> tools.

Reason: the former is a type of the latter.

I only add the tools tag when there's a bunch of various tools in the picture. It's more useful that way IMO.

Actually, yeah, agreed, cancelled the hoe -> tools one too.

I still feel there needs to be an umbrella tag for these items, since we have weapons.

I would say worktool or something like that, anything that can be used for non-weapon items such as hoes and the like.

I can get behind that. +1 for worktool.

"Worktool" is a word I haven't seen very often but it sounds fine for at least a temporary aggregation tag. Done.
