The style sure seems similar in many of the pics: compare http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=18415046 and http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=14971354 to the Piapro account's chibi style. But I haven't been able to find any place where the Piapro account links to the Pixiv account or vice versa.
