Include rating:safe or -rating:explicit in your searches

You could also blacklist rating:explicit in your settings.

There are also the options of animewallpapers.com or 4chan.com (sections that are not 18 and up), but filtering on this site is the best option.

In a diferent thread he/she said that his/her lenguage is arabic. So maybe he/she can't understand what you're trying to say.

For those other sites you just need to go to the web addresses without any registration. For this site, you just have to follow the methods that lichifruit and LaC mentioned (which is still the recommended option).
