Agreed. You can't have clitoris tweaking without the clitoris after all.

Though, this may end up as an "also under the clothes" thing, like how erect_nipples implicates nipples, even if they're covered.

Exactly, clitoris may be tweaked but still covered by clothes - in that case clitoris tag shouldn't apply.

If it's visibly being tweaked, then I'd contend it has to be visible through the clothes as well.

I don't doubt that there's cases where "It can't be anything but," but does anyone have an example on hand?

i think the tweak in post #270419 should be tagged clitoris as well, because i don't think it's necessary to differ between covered and uncovered ones as long as they are visible.

but maybe post #247603 is a reason against the implication. the clit tweak is obvious, although i can't make out the clit in this pixelated mess of fingers, panties and cum.
