under clothes tags

there's a underneath_clothing tag and a under_clothes tag. The first seems to have been intended for a point of view underneath the clothes while the second was not. So, how do we name them so that people know that one is for point of view and the other one is not?

There's also a under_skirt tag

Anyway, they're also not in the same format. So, under/underneath? and clothes/clothing? should we alias?

There's two images across all 4 tags so... nothing?

I think I've seen a few others that fell under underneath_clothing and there's definitely enough more to fill what under_clothes is for right now

If we can properly define what we want the tag to be, and select just one (under_clothes maybe to match the *_under_clothes tags) then we can use it, but it needs to be fairly specific.
