After uploading either of these images it redirected to the post but they weren't found. Reuploading them just redirects back to these broken posts.

Also, looks like post #173495 may have run into the same problem.

All of these are still in the moderation queue, and not broken. Though that you can't see them might be a bug.

All three work fine for me (also, approved)

I'd actually left post #173495 in the queue as we already had a larger copy.

Well, I think the policy of just parenting and accepting (and tagging dupe) still applies to posts in the queue, but I could be wrong.
