Aliasing inflation -> stomach_bulge.
Reason: Same thing. And inflation could be confused.
Article suggestion:
A visible protrusion of the stomach caused when something pushes against the stomach from the inside, for example penis, tentacle, cum or enema (latter two usually combined with overflow).Not to be confused with pregnant.

My feeling is that stomach_bulge is for cases like post #696327 and post #434518, with a small bulge against an otherwise flat stomach, whereas inflation is for people blown up like balloons. Under that definition, stomach_bulge needs cleaned up a bit, but I think the distinction is worth preserving for fetish purposes.
I don't really think they're quite the same, so I don't really think it should be aliased. Stomach bulge is worded to specifically be things that are pushing against the stomach from the outside, like post #680320. Inflation lacks the depiction of a solid object that is pushing the stomach from the inside.
In general I'd think of it like this, stomach bulge conforms to the shape of a physical solid object. Inflation is the enlargement caused by a generally non-solid filling up the inside of the body cavities (thus does not create a bulge that conforms to a specific shape).
