Wiki question: Are external links "Further Reading" or "References"?

template:general and template:template give different instructions about the formatting of external links.

References

* External links are links to pages beyond Danbooru. They are placed under the References heading. Save the See Also section for other Danbooru tags only.

Further Reading

Links to external sites are to be placed under this heading. Save the See Also heading for other Wiki pages on Danbooru only.

Which is the one to follow?

Either.

Seems somewhat of a waste of space to have a whole header for external links unless you have more than one link (which is usually a rarity).
