Reason: Japanese name of the game

I was about to say it should be "Kikaiou" but then I looked it up and "Kikaioh" seems to be a made-up word written in katakana and is spelled with "oh" in the official site URL: http://www.capcom.co.jp/newproducts/arcade/kikaioh/index.html.
Maybe it's derived from 機械王, kikai ou, "machine king", but it's not written with kanji in the title.

"Kikaioh" and "Kikaiou" are both acceptable romanizations of 機械王 (or キカイオー, since they're using katakana for it), in separate systems of romanization.
Danbooru's romanization scheme would favor "kikaiou", so I suggest going with that.
