Aliasing owata to \(^o^)/.

Reason: The ASCII face is a reference to the 人生\(^o^)/ｵﾜﾀ meme. Maybe this should be in reverse; mostly I just want a more convenient way to type this tag.

I barely knew of that meme. Could you perhaps add a wiki article, even if a very minimal one?

Indeed, they're very much related. I've been meaning to write a brief article about the face, its origins, and its usage for a while, actually. I'll do that next time I get a spare moment.

I knew of a Hatsune Miku owata song

Yeah, There are several songs that make reference to it, be it loosely or directly.

The most famous is probably Jinsei Owata Song by Saka-ROW. It's been in at least one Nico Nico Medley and is often given the subtitle "the happy escapism song."

Owata ＼(＾o＾)／ Asia by Team Nekokan (The same ones behind Airman ga Taosenai etc..) is one too. This version, set to a Touhou PV, is the most popular.

"Doudemo ii" ("It doesn't matter") is another Miku song that references it, though not as directly via lyrics as the others.
