Tag type change for Suguri

Currently the suguri tag is listed as an Artist tag.

Could someone change it to a Character tag?

Is there an artist named suguri, though? If so we need to identify it and qualify it. I guess it's suguri_(artist), which I've moved to suguri_(cirno) after the pixiv account to disambiguate.

I think I'd also rather suguri be the copyright tag and use suguri_(character) for the character. Like black_rock_shooter/black_rock_shooter_(character) and potemayo/potemayo_(character). Gonna go ahead and do that.

Copyrights should get the base tag because they will have at minimum as much and almost always more than the character tag, as they're by definition a larger set that is wholly inclusive of the smaller character set.

I can't find any record of any other suguri so I think it was just a mistake.

Caught me editing, heh. I moved the artist (2 posts) just now.

And my post says it was done a minute more recently than yours...

Yeah server clocks are desynced again, a minute's not as bad as the 10 minutes it was up to before they were resynced so there's that.
