Nakagawa Shouko/Shoko-tan

She's the subject of the pictures general-tagged nakagawa_shouko and the artist of these posts , tagged with her nickname. Which are we going for, and what tag type?

I made the seiyuu a char: to match all other seiyuu tags.

We do shy away from _(artist) qualifiers, but nakagawa_shouko_(artist) seems pretty warranted here as a special case. Anyone object?

Why not leave her as shoko-tan and make a note in the wiki entry?

I could have sworn we had a policy about using artists' full names rather than aliases whenever possible.

We do / did. It was more thoroughly enforced before Pixiv came around and the huge majority of artists stopped publishing their RL names. How that affects this thread, I don't know.

I suggest her works be tagged as nakagawa_shouko_(artist).

Or we could just delete the three photos of her and cast her name back to artist. They're just 2+ year old cosplay photos.

They aren't likely to get any additions, either, so giving the photo-version a qualifier instead is another option...

Or we could even lump those images into the artist tag for that matter. We don't have a precedent for that, but cosplay photos are only tangentially on topic anyway, and the subject of a photo is as good an "artist" for our purposes as anyone. It would seem odd IMO if we tagged the photographer, if that was even available in most instances.

There's no reason why she couldn't be the subject of a seiyuu_joke and we've always left seiyuu names as char: tags.
