What do you mean exactly? You can do a keyword search.
I simply go into the URL bar and type tags, preface it with 'm' and bam, there I am. I must use this 100 times a day.
"m touhou hakurei_reimu" will perform that search and give me results right away. I find far this more convenient than adding another search to the search field to the right of the URL box. (Which is something I never use.)
