I know an artist that's in Danbooru who does drawing live streams from time to time.
Does the Twitch or Youtube channel qualify as a valid URL link under the artist's URLs?

Anywhere an artist posts their art can and should be included in their artist page, assuming they're the one using the account (i.e. not second-party source or third-party source).
