Animated posts discussion

I could be wrong on this but it needs to be stated or at least some attention towards it and that’s to do with animated posts and its ridiculously heavily bias towards contributors and builders.

Like I kid you not I’ve tried posting animated post just to double check this and it seems about true but even if you post high quality animated post it won’t be approved 8 times out of 10.

Going deeper into it. The amount of approved animation of average posters compared to builders and obviously contributes is like 2/10.

Furthermore even if a post does really well (I know a post doing well doesn’t mean guaranteed approval but it should stand for something) it won’t be approved but here comes a builder or contributor posting the borderline same thing with maybe a different VA and approved.

Honestly has an average poster this whole animated post needs to be double checked with this approvers.

Quality is subjective so that's already a non-starter here. Moreover, I think such complaints need context: 3D NSFW is borderline content which is what you're complaining about by briefly skimming your recent posts, so it's already on you to be careful about uploading this kind of content as it might not do well in the modqueue.

Contributors don't have to queue their posts so they aren't a factor here; you can flag low quality animated content. In any case, I'm locking this since it's essentially a proxy post for topic #7934 and you don't need special attention about it.
