Double-posting comment bug?

Has anyone else been noticing their comments getting double-posted lately? It happened to me a few days ago (comment #2595585) and again just a few minutes ago (comment #2596629).

I already deleted the duplicates, but the mods should still be able to see them.

Edit: It's still happening (comment #2597813).

I've only had this happen in cases where the site hangs right as I am posting, sometimes leading to my browser submitting it twice when it comes back. Is the site behaving otherwise normally when this happens?
