Announcements for translations of pools

I've seen these comments announce that a pool has been translated, and it seems that they got a good reception.

Is this something that would be preferable to do when any pool is translated?

That's more an optional thing than anything, since no one is making them announce it, but announcing it is the best way of making it clear that you can actually read it now.

One of the features I hope we get when pools eventually get an update is marking pools as translated as a whole. I guess it'd be additionally cool to sort by recently translated.

I thought about this for a while and thought it'd be cool too. Since pools don't seem to have inherent tags of their own, maybe a crude solution would be to have something like a pool_translated tag and pool_translation_request tag on the first page?
