Alternate_breast_size_(larger) and Alternate_breast_size_(smaller) can't be requested to imply Alternate_breast_size because somehow "alternate_breast_size_(larger) can't make up more than 90% of alternate_breast_size)" is an automatic rejection which would reject the literal example implication of "imply rabbit_tail -> tail". Alternate_breast_size has thousands of posts on its own without the signifier for if breasts have been increased or decreased.
Alternate breast size has also been deprecated in favor of these two other tags (see topic #32481), so this is irrelevant.
And rabbit tail (79k) does not make up over 90% of tail (1m)?
Alternate breast size (larger) has 71k posts and Alternate breast size (smaller) has 2.3k posts. That means alternate breast size would be practically the same thing as alternate breast size (larger). This "subtag A can't make up more than 90% of parent tag B" rule is meant to avoid situations like this where two tags are practically the same thing.
