I wasn't able to find this in howto:upload guidelines, but what's the whole shtick on uploading commissions a person themselves has uploaded, e.g. uploading a commission from skeb or the artist posted on twitter that the uploader requested themselves? Wasn't sure where to put this but figured I might ask.
