Site suggestion, commentary and source is saved in "my uploads"

For sites where URL uploading doesn’t work this’d be a quite helpful feature, for example RN I’ve got 2 pieces of Tsukihime art I want to upload off Deviant Art once my queue clears up, but not being able to save the source (it defaults back to the photo’s name) means I’ll just have to dig them up again once that happens rather then easily have them in my backlog. Ideally tags could also be saved so it’s easier to just upload and then post once queue space is free, but that’s less relevant.
