I'm scared about what's happening at work. I don't think management understands what's happening below, which isn't too surprising in a barely-functional org, but certain events make it so that if things crash and burn now, it'll be worse than usual. I really don't wanna deal with that, and it's making my addiction to escapism media worse. I need a new job, but even putting in the work to find one takes time I don't have. There's no way this is it. It can't be, there has to be more than this.
