At which % deleted posts am I unable to upload?

This has been bugging me for a while. I have 141/610 (23%) deleted/unapproved posts and am fairly sure I'm close to the limit before I can't post anymore.
Or was this feature removed?

I think you should be able to see it under your own profile, anyways here what I see under your profile:
Upload Limit: 7 + (465 / 10) - (141 / 4) - 4 = 14

The threshold is 40%. If you have more than 40% deleted posts, eventually you will be unable to upload. If you stay under 40% you can upload, and the daily limit rises the lower your percentage is.

At 14 you're actually technically above the standard limit of 10. Although 10 is the cap anyway.

Is it? I thought it was supposed to grow past that, up to, uhh, some other limit which helpfully isn't mentioned anywhere in the help.

I've had more than 20 posts pending approval in the past though, I don't know what's up with that.

Ah, okay. Didn't know it grew past 10 without an admin tweaking the upload variable. Fair enough.
