It feels strange to have both this post #9260937 and this post #9229310 under the same tag.
Judging by the wiki, recording is for video recording, so post #9260937 shouldn't even be tagged as that. The former is a completely taggable situation and should get a new tag for it if any don't already exist.

Yeah, I actually removed that recording tag because there's neither "Rec" nor any camera used in the post. The other post though are valid.

Maybe try reading the rest of the (very short) discussion on this topic. Then, you would see that the recording tag currently does apply to audio recordings. It was literally the next post.
I don't know why you wouldn't even read two posts down and realise that I made a mistake. The tag is currently for both, the recording symbol has nothing to do with whether or not a post gets that tag, and it still wouldn't even if we made it only for video recording. Stop unilaterally changing tags on your own and coming close to vandalising.
