Should cousins also count as incest?

Basically the title. I see instances with Rudy and eris tagged with incest. But they are cousins. Should the tag really just focus on close relatives instead?

Cousins are your parents siblings children, so basically they are blood-related; so I would personally say "Yes"

For first cousins I'd say for sure (especially for blacklist reasons). Anything further removed is more debatable. (Like Fruits Basket is its own can of worms and the characters are probably far-enough removed that most of them wouldn't count, I think.)

Rudy and Eris are second cousins, which is usually legal.

First (removed) cousins are incest. But any further removed and it's muddied

For tagging purposes absolutely, even though it isn't from a legal perspective
