Tag Alias Removal: tokiko -/> tsumura_tokiko

Tsumura Tokiko is not the only "Tokiko". In fact, there is a girl with that single word as her name, who currently has the tag tokiko_(touhou). This alias makes it very confusing to tag or search for images of the Touhou character.

Probably a really old alias from when this sort of thing was done (few years ago). Removed.

Yes, please do.

I'm unsure, tokiko isn't an uncommon name, and the Touhou Tokiko isn't the most popular character ever to warrant giving her such a short tag. Just marking it ambiguous + the auto-suggestion mechanism should take care of confusion.

Since things have gone fine with Touhou's Tokiko having the qualifier, I guess we can leave things as is. 130 is a decent amount but status quo probably works.
