'Unbanning' an artist?

I'm friends with an artist who has previously requested that their art be taken down from Danbooru. They did this because they were harassed.
Fast forward to now. I'd like to upload their artwork related to the characters I'd like to see more of here. They don't mind it either.

They wrote an e-mail to dmca@danbooru.donmai.us asking about being unbanned, but it went unnoticed. Their tag is : korzinka

Is there any way to 'unban' as artist if they are on board with it?

You could try reaching evazion about it. By what I know, usually this is a sign of the e-mail not following the legal requirements fully or something of the sort.

I don't see any emails regarding that artist. That address gets a ton of spam so tell them to try again.
