Giantess is a female giant. Giant is an umbrella tag for the three implicated tags. Like the wiki says, the giant tags should be used for images where the subject is larger than their surroundings. Like larger than a normal human, larger than a house and so on. It shouldn't be used for posts with normal, tall characters, or posts where there's no visual cue on their size.

But what a lowest limit for a giantess height. X1.5 of a normal human height? X2? X4?

From this weird website I found I can't believe this exist . Giantess standard start by height of 20 meter to 40. There other type of Giantess too, but let's just consider it's as giantess here.
10~19 call as Amazon.
average height for women is 1.7+ (let's take 1.8) as that website said , so around X10 than normal height call as Giantess.
