Are loli and shota considered child porn and thus are they illegal?

I have heard that drawn art of loli and shota is not illegal just because it's art. I also have heard that even if it's art, it's concidered child porn so it's illegal.

What's your opinions on this matter?

My opinion is that you should go somewhere else if you want to discuss this because this is not what the forum is for.

I'm not really interested in the legal arguments (which will vary by jurisdiction and who you ask), only whether or not they're allowed on Danbooru. And they are. So I'll be locking this now.
