Idk exactly, but I can share my experience and behavior. Ignoring the posts that get approved during the three days, usually there are over a thousand posts sitting in the queue. There are 1300+ for me right now because I'm less active in this holiday season.
The time spent on each varies greatly depending on the image, the uploader, your preferences, what you're doing irl and what device and tools you use. You might want to zoom in the image, check the source, check for duplicates and tag the post.
Generally on the PC, I spend less than 30 seconds to disapprove a post with clear flaws or things I dislike, a minute or less to approve well tagged posts I like and more than a minute to disapprove or approve a post I'm hesitant about. I think most of my time is spent tagging.
