Question about pools with different languages

Fire Emblem Heroes - Day-to-day Life of Heroes (various artists)

This pool contains identical comics in two languages. Japanese and English. Should I create a new pool to seperate the two languages?

Either a seperate pool or use the parenting system, but not both.

I would just parent them, I don't see the point in having two essentially identical pools. Or in this case, a second pool with like two images, since there's only a handful of English versions uploaded.

I upload the Japanese version since they have more comics, but after I upload one, another user uploads the English version and both are approved.
After I get the japanese version up to date, I'll work on the English one.

I would have preferred we kept the pool for the Japanese versions and just parented the English versions to them, not empty the pool and commandeer it for the English versions. Now the Japanese comics are floating loosely while the English copies are incomplete. The pool is considerably less useful like this.
