Filesize is meaningless. The only thing that matters is quality. The parent is the one with the highest visual quality. Compare them both at full size to determine which is higher quality.
If their quality is indistinguishable, then the one uploaded to Danbooru first is the parent and the other one is the duplicate. In this case, they are both identical so the older one is the parent.
A lot of people upload duplicates and make them the parent using the excuse that the filesize is bigger. This example shows why filesize is bullshit.

Inaccurate, post #6883659 is superior quality and does not have the artifacting that post #6624900 has. Instead of comparing them at full size. It's better to compare them zoomed in.
