I flagged the recent posts from https://honkai.lofter.com because I read their bio, which makes the posts rule breaking, but after searching for source:https://honkai.lofter.com/, I saw there are over a hundred posts on Danbooru. Should they be kept active or not?
I'd ask to replace what's replaceable (already did for a few - forum #259327), and then make new posts and flag for what is not.
The rules are not clearly written on the matter, but typically Waifu2X & co. images are allowed if original's not available. Are the original images for these available anywhere? If yes, upload the original, set it as parent and flag the child. Otherwise, there's no much point in flagging them when there's no alternative on the site. An upscaled image is better than no image at all.

If that's the case, should this exception be explicitly stated in the Waifu2X, upscaled, and help:upload_rules wikis? Or would that open the door to users uploading too many of them?
