Hey, new here. I looked into the wiki and saw that "cropped" as a tag is something that's allowed but I'm wondering if it's still the case for excessively cropped images like a cropped panel of some doujin, or just a cropped screenshot of an art that was used in a meme, stuff like that. I haven't really seen these types of images so I want to ask if that's allowed. I was thinking of making these cropped images as childrens of the original full-size post or something.
