Still seeing blocked tags

I have the following tags blocked, but I'm still seeing Blue Archive and Genshit Impact posts.

blue_archive
genshin_impact

When viewing posts or the post index, are any of the tags on the blacklist crossed out and/or is there a “Re-enable all” below them?
