Artist has been brought up before in forum #345474. I lean towards "yes", but I'm not confident enough to make the judgement myself.

In the first picture of this tweet, the boy seems to be standing on the ground but the girl seems to be sitting or squatting on the bed while they're hugging each other. However, there is no way to figure out how the bed should be placed in this picture. In the second picture, the girl seems to be kneeling between the boy's legs, but the boy's legs are not open. These are abnormal poses for human.

I believe they're using AI.
The design of rabbit ears in post #9069384 is abnormally asymmetrical. It's not similar to the official design either.

As a general note, but two right hands is a perfectly normal error for an artist to make. I'm not noticing anything that screams AI at a glance either. At the moment, I think the artist just is kinda bad at hands, but I'm open to being proven wrong.

I believe shexyo is using AI. In their recent artworks, there are many small problems that could be found in AI-generated works.
