Does photorealistic make thumbnails misleading?

I saw post #5063752, post #5053811 in pool #1229, the only reason I can think of is that the cats look like real photos, but we already have photorealistic for this, either way, that's just eye tricking, not really misleading you to think of something else.

If what you see in the thumbnail is what you see in the full image, then it's not what the pool is for. The thumbnail is a cat; the full image is a cat. Not misleading.
