Tag Implication: to_aru_kagaku_no_railgun -> to_aru_majutsu_no_index

Implicating to_aru_kagaku_no_railgun -> to_aru_majutsu_no_index.

Reason: Former is a spinoff manga of the latter novel/manga/anime, some shared cast. Only two or three images tagged Railgun so far have any indication of being Railgun and not just Index. There seems to be a tendency to tag Misaka Mikoto and Kuroko pics with Railgun, since they get more focus there.

More Railgun-specific art/characters might follow later since an anime of it has been announced, though.

You have no idea how much this remark pleases me.

As for the topic I feel that unless the image content or metadata specifies Railgun, it belongs firmly under Index. This is similar to my stance on the Nanoha metaseries.

I've been checking artist pages and if it's not explicitly marked railgun purging the tag. but it should implicate index, as a spinoff should have the original's tag, regardless of series-specific characters they're still part of the index universe.
